Although affiliated to national Mencap, Croydon Mencap raises its own funds and tries to do this in several different ways:

• Grants
• Legacies
• Social events
• Donations
• Subscriptions

All of the above provide help with much of the funding.

A simple way in which people can support us is by having a Home Money Box. We send you a box to collect your loose change in, and every few months we write to ask you to count the amount collected and send it in to us. Alternatively people can have a collecting tin at their home, shop or office.
