For Adults…

 

Monday Club
Large social club for adults of all ages with a learning disability, providing leisure activities such as snooker, darts, sewing, tabletop activities, music and special events such as discos and barn dances.

Saturday Club
Leisure activities including table tennis, occasional cooking, art and craft, short mat bowls, and a user-led group where current issues can be discussed. From time to time singing, Tai Chi and drama sessions are held, and there is a summer outing arranged once a year. Members of the club bring sandwiches or go to the local shop to buy a snack.

Sports Club
Indoor hockey, basketball, football, rounders etc, for the more able.

 

Croydon Mencap run a number of clubs aimed at every age group.

Treetops Children's Centre
A small centre providing play sessions for children with learning disabilities between the ages of 5 and 12.

Youth Club
Small evening social club for 12 – 18 year olds, providing activities such as table tennis, snooker, crafts, and occasional outings such as bowling or eating out.
